The Asguard Reinforced IV Dressings are constructed from a High MVTR film, which allows for excess moisture to evaporate, combined with a laminated non-woven border for securement and enhanced fixation. They maintain firm adhesion and allow for insertion site monitoring.

Asguard Reinforced IV Dressing Indications:
- Asguard IV Dressings are intended to cover and protect IV insertion sites where high MVTR is critical, e.g., PICC lines.
- The clear adhesive film can also be used to secure dressings over wounds and to provide waterproof protection to the wound and dressing pads, where moisture vapour transmission requires control.
- Should not be used if there are allergies to any of its components, is known.
